It covers an area of more than 30 acre; has 6 various kinds of product lines, which were introduced from U.S.A., Israel and Japanese. In 2002, the company's turnover is 800 million yuan, profits and tax is 55 million yuan.
     Sanwei Protein focus its attention on producing and innovating low –denature White Soybean Flake defatted soybeen flour,fatted soybean flour, Traditional Soybean Concentration (SPC),Functional Soybean concentrate(protein molecule refolded product),and series of veggie food product. Among them, Functional Soybean Protein Concentrated is the key product which using Israeli technique and equipment. By using a series unique process, protein molecules are refolded and dried to preserve high functional properties, including gelling, emulsification, and solubility. This product has the advantage of high function and low price due to high soybean utilization rate and low producing cost. Moreover, this unique process doesn't cause any waste water, so it is the most advantage technique in the world. So far Sanwei Protein is the first plant in China to put this technique into practice.
